Job summary

OneStream seeks a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to drive the success of its partner ecosystem. You will develop, support, and grow skillsets within a portfolio of strategic partners, balancing relationship management with enablement and operational excellence to create scalable partner practices.

You will coordinate with internal CSRC teams to guide partner implementations, monitor progress, and foster lasting relationships to improve partner performance and satisfaction across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors required in accounting/business/finance/IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project, stakeholder, or account management.
• Minimum 5 years consulting on CPM/EPM software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for implementation partners, ensuring resources and support.
• Lead regular partner status calls to discuss delivery status and risks.
• Build strong partner relationships to drive successful OneStream implementations.
• Guide partner health, planning, and escalation with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Partner Alliances to route partners to appropriate teams.
• Provide input on partner leveling and COE development within partner practices.
• Monitor partner-led implementations for delivery adherence and success.
• Identify opportunities to boost customer satisfaction and adoption through enablement.
• Develop Seismic pages with features and solution content; drive partner enablement.
