Job summary

Via seeks a Senior Partner Success Manager to lead a portfolio of transportation partners in a remote-first US-based role. You will be the primary liaison for partner leadership, guiding operations, go-to-market and product discussions while expanding service size and contract value. Travel to meet partners is expected as needed.

You will drive renewals, upsells, and cross-functional initiatives, translating data into actionable strategies and acting as the partner's trusted advisor inside Via.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with direct client exposure.
• Proven ability to build durable relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience translating partner needs into product and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own success of transportation services across your partner portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth by renewals, expansions, and upsells with senior stakeholders.
• Translate partner needs into concrete service improvements using Via platform.
• Analyze service performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Advocate for partners, cross-functionally championing new products and capabilities.
