Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and run the operational engine behind our healthcare platform. This high-touch, hands-on role partners with leadership to optimize workflows connecting physicians, practice staff, patients, dietitians, and support teams, with an emphasis on automation and data-driven improvements.

Formación

• 2+ years in operations, program management and client success.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes, not just admin tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination and healthcare workflows.
• Ability to identify root causes, investigate, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication with physicians, practice staff, patients, and leadership.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers, or systems.
• Attention to detail with patient data, billing info, and ops data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new tools and processes independently.
• Practical experience using AI, automation to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Executive Support & Project Management: organize priorities, coordinate projects, manage follow-ups, ensure deadlines.
• Business Operations & Process Improvement: coordinate daily ops across practices, patients, providers, internal teams; onboarding, scheduling.
• Reporting, Technology & AI Automation: maintain dashboards, analyze data, provide insights, leverage AI to automate tasks.
