Devoted Health is seeking a Manager of Provider Operations to lead credentialing operations, build robust SOPs, and scale offshore capabilities with AI-driven improvements. You’ll own critical metrics, drive cross-functional partnerships, and ensure CMS/AAAHC compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner across product, engineering, and leadership to optimize workflows, manage data-driven insights, and deliver best-in-class turnaround times.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, process improvement, or consulting.
• Bias toward action; willing to roll up sleeves and do the work.
• Strong focus on efficiency; predict and prevent bottlenecks.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day credentialing operations and unblock complex cases.
• Lead SOP capture and maintain a central documentation library.
• Manage and develop offshore team: training, documentation, quality, and productivity.
• Partner on offshore transitions while maintaining turnaround times and compliance.
• Assess pain points using data to size opportunities and build business cases for AI and tech solutions.
• Create and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and scale operations.
• Own operational metrics and build reporting to surface trends and bottlenecks.
• Ensure credentialing remains compliant with CMS, AAAHC, and state requirements.
