Qualifications

• 7+ years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven ability to develop and present strategic media plans.
• Strong knowledge of media planning tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and development of integrated media plans across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
• Translate client business goals into actionable media strategies and KPIs.
• Oversee the use of syndicated research tools to inform audience targeting and media mix modeling.
• Guide the team in evaluating media consumption trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with media buyers to ensure flawless execution and optimization of campaigns.
• Present media strategies and performance insights to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Manage and mentor a team of media planners and senior planners, fostering growth and excellence.
• Partner with finance and operations to manage scopes of work, budgets, and profitability.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and innovations to continuously evolve planning practices.
