Job summary

Interdependence is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google in Milwaukee, WI. The role blends strategic media planning with hands-on management, translating client goals into channel strategies and driving performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and managing paid media campaigns.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Ads and multiple paid social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, video, and remarketing.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, with other platforms preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated media strategies across paid social, paid search, display, YouTube, and Google placements.
• Oversee campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, and tracking to ensure quality execution.
• Monitor pacing and performance; optimize budgets, bids, and creative rotation.
• Triage delivery issues, tracking, and platform updates; ensure timely launches.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
