Job summary

Horizon Media in New York, NY is seeking an Integrated Strategy Supervisor to lead cross-channel media planning and strategy development. You will partner with the Integrated Brand Group Director, supervise projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely and accurate execution across channels.

You will guide research efforts, translate client goals into strategic media solutions, and supervise the team to deliver cohesive, high-impact plans aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience developing strategic media recommendations.
• Experience with multiple media channels.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts.
• Experience with a third party ad server (DART/DFA preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research tools.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in developing media professionals.
• Ability to present and sell ideas to clients.
• Excellent time management and follow-through.

• Steward strategic leadership for key campaigns across the team.
• Develop cross-channel strategies and activate digital media plans.
• Guide research initiatives and share industry trends with clients and media team.
