Novartis Group of Companies is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Contracting. This remote role in the United States focuses on developing and managing market access contracts across Managed Care, Medicare, Advanced Platforms, and Channel contracts.

You will partner with pricing, account management, finance, legal, and market access leaders to shape contracting strategies that support patient access, business growth, and commercial success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Law preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/healthcare contracting experience.
• Strong understanding of contract law and pricing impact on contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proven financial/analytic acumen and forecasting ability.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central point of contact for contracting matters across designated accounts.
• Develop contract proposals and negotiate documentation with customer accounts.
• Collaborate with pricing, channel strategy, and account management on contracting strategies.
• Provide oversight to discount and rebate operations and approve contract price determinations.
• Support contract amendments, renewal tracking, and development of new templates.
• Ensure contracts comply with SLAs and SOPs; prepare regular reports and dashboards.
