Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Contracting, to shape contracting strategies across Managed Care, Medicare, and channel contracts. This remote role partners with pricing, account management, finance, and legal to drive patient access and commercial success.

You will oversee contract proposals, define negotiation strategies, ensure SOX compliance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Law preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in contract reviewing/writing, forecasting, and account measurement.

Responsabilités

• Serve as central point of contact for contracting matters across teams and leadership.
• Develop contract proposals and negotiation strategies with pricing and channel teams.
• Collaborate on brand contracting strategies and interpretations of contract changes.
• Ensure Sox documentation and compliance; oversee contract price determinations and payments.
