Novartis Group Companies seeks an Associate Director, Market Access Contracting to lead contracting across Managed Care, Medicare, and related channels. You will partner with pricing, account management, finance, legal and market access leaders to shape contracting strategies for patient access and commercial growth.

The role requires strong analytics, contract management experience, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics while aligning with SLAs and SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Law preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in contract reviewing/writing, account measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
• Advanced understanding of legal aspects of contracts and contract interpretation and pricing impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills and acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central contact for pricing and channel strategy teams, account management, legal, and senior leadership on contracting matters.
• Develop contract proposals and negotiation strategies with pricing and channel teams.
• Collaborate on brand contracting strategies and interpretations with MMF.
• Oversee discount and rebate operations; approve contract price determinations and payment types.
• Manage contract amendments, renewals, templates, and timelines.
• Ensure contracts adhere to SLAs and SOPs.
• Prepare regular internal and external reports on formulary, rate, invoice, and market share data.
• Report formulary changes in NEXUS for Managed Care and Medicare accounts.
• Engage with MMF Gross to Net forecasting on rates and P&L implications.
• Ensure SOX documentation and audit readiness.
