Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Health Policy preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in Market Access, Marketing, Managed Care Finance, Insights & Analytics or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics and drivers of pharmaceutical value.

Responsibilities

• Provide US Market Access forecasting assumptions including pricing and payer coverage.
• Develop strategies to optimize payer coverage, patient affordability, and sales revenue.
• Conduct payer market research and analyze internal Novartis experience to inform assumptions.
• Assess clinical trial designs for market access risks and opportunities to improve coverage.
• Collaborate across US and Global teams to create disease area assessments and commercial case viability.
