Job summary

QXO in Topeka, KS is seeking a results-driven sales/customer service professional to support Beacon’s sales efforts by collaborating with branch managers and outside sales representatives. The role includes managing the end-to end order process, tracking orders, stock checks, and collecting customer feedback.

Your responsibilities include resolving issues quickly, engaging with manufacturers to learn products, and driving private label growth and Beacon PRO+ penetration, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Industry knowledge in roofing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer experience in support of Beacon’s sales efforts.
• Manage end-to-end order management: track orders, check stock, suggest products, collect feedback.
• Be primary contact for key customers during issue resolution via calls and emails.
• Partner with outside sales reps to strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Engage with manufacturers to stay informed and educate customers.
• Promote private label products and Beacon PRO+ penetration.
• Resolve day-to-day issues quickly and safely.
