Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply seeks a Commercial Sales Center Associate to deliver quotes, provide technical support, and act as a roofing systems SME. You will break down orders, negotiate costs, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires deep roofing product knowledge, strong customer service, and willingness to travel locally to engage customers. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in commercial roofing technical sales.
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Deliver project quotations leveraging market dynamics.
Provide technical support to commercial roofing customers.
Act as SME in roofing systems including Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, Beacon Pro Plus.
Break down orders by materials and shipping points.
Negotiate material costs with sales before ordering.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Branch Managers for project orders.
Develop project delivery schedules with customers and sales team.
