Job summary

QXO is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a profit center from its Topeka, KS location. You will recruit and lead the sales team, set strategy, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with operations and credit teams to ensure stability.

You will analyze market trends, strengthen vendor relations, and cultivate a safety-first culture. A Bachelor's degree and prior leadership experience are required; Spanish is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related leadership experience.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross functionally with other departments.
• Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders.
• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures.
