Job summary

QXO is seeking a results-driven Sales/Customer Service professional to support Beacon’s sales efforts by collaborating with the branch manager and outside sales reps to improve our service offering. You will own end-to-end order management, track stock, suggest complementary products, and collect customer feedback.

This role requires strong communication, four-plus years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer experience in support of Beacon’s sales efforts by collaborating with branch manager and outside sales reps.
• Manage end-to-end order management: track orders, check stock, suggest complementary products, collect feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for key customers during issue resolution via calls and emails.
• Partner with outside sales reps to develop strategies for growing roofing product sales and private label penetration.
• Engage with manufacturers to stay informed on products and educate customers.
