Zusammenfassung

OKX is seeking a Senior Strategic Institutional Partnerships lead to drive bespoke partnerships with banks, payment providers, wealth platforms, and fintech intermediaries. You will own partnerships from signed intent to live, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-volume collaborations.

Your initial focus is the EU under MiCA and MiFID II, with a global remit. You will report to the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and build a small delivery

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in commercial roles at banks, crypto exchanges or brokers, payment or stablecoin companies, or fintech infrastructure providers.
• At least 3 years leading client-facing delivery of complex B2B or B2B2C partnerships.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across legal, compliance, product and engineering.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate commercial projects with strategic partners within the SIP team.
• Determine product solutions and commercial setups to maximize value with partners.
• Lead or co-lead negotiations from term sheet to final terms with OKX offices.
• Run the contract process with OKX Legal and client teams.
• Own client relationships and run steering meetings and ramp plans.
• Turn the commercial agreement into a delivery plan with Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate regulatory due diligence and compliance alignment.
• Develop product expertise in OKX trading systems and stablecoin/RWA ecosystems.
• Plan go-lives and post-launch ramp for partners.
• Handover partnerships to Institutional Relationship Managers with clear terms.
