Job summary

OKX is seeking a Relationship Monetizer for VIP institutions in the United States. You will originate, progress, and close partnerships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds to drive recurring revenues.

You will own tier-1 relationships, manage revenue targets and pipeline health, and shape the vertical strategy. A strong crypto product fluency and senior stakeholder management are essential for success in this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience targeting banks, asset managers, and funds.
• Proven track record of closing institutional partnerships and managing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of crypto custody, trading infrastructure, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own tier-1 relationship ownership with C-suite executives at large financial institutions.
• Own revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline health across segments.
• Define vertical strategy and balance long-cycle partnerships with shorter-cycle clients.
• Originate and close major deals, negotiating terms and structuring partnerships.
• Translate product requirements into business cases with ROI estimates for internal teams.
