OKX is seeking a Strategic Institutional Partnerships lead to drive bespoke collaborations with banks, payment providers, and fintechs. You own the end-to-end delivery from signed intent to live, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Initially focusing on the EU under MiCA and MiFID II, the role has a global remit. You will negotiate terms, structure solutions, manage go-live, and ensure regulatory alignment while building scalable partnerships.

Formación

• 10+ years in commercial roles at banks, crypto exchanges or brokers, payment or fintech infrastructure providers.
• Banking knowledge from the trading, wealth management or transaction banking side.
• Crypto trading systems knowledge: order routing, API, FIX connectivity, custody, settlement.
• Stablecoin ecosystems understanding: issuance, on-/off-ramps, use cases in payments and treasury.
• Negotiation and contracting experience from initial term sheet to signature.
• Cross-functional delivery across legal, compliance, product and engineering teams.
• AI-native approach for project management, stakeholder coordination and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial Project Coordination across strategic partners and SIP members.
• Solution structuring to maximize value with partners and alignment with product and local market teams.
• Lead or co-lead negotiations from term sheet to final terms and align with SIP leadership.
• Run contract processes with legal teams and client counterparts.
• Own client relationships and manage steering meetings, escalations and expectations.
• Turn commercial agreements into delivery plans with product and engineering.
• Coordinate regulatory alignment, KYB, due diligence and notifications.
• Provide product expertise on OKX trading systems, stablecoins, and RWA ecosystem.
• Plan go-live, support GTM campaigns, monitor volume and ramp.
• Handover partnerships to Institutional Relationship Managers with documented terms.
