Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to partner with the President of Growth & Strategic Initiatives. This remote, full-time role focuses on executive support, strategic project oversight, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years supporting senior executives, strong project management, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred as we drive growth and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior executives or strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated project management to coordinate deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage President's calendar, meetings, and travel.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and meeting requests.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
• Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor milestones.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain records, files, and reporting tools.
