Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives, business leaders, or strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including coordinating deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Parking, mobility, transportation, real estate, or related industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the EVP Growth & Strategic Initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefings; track follow-up actions confidentiality is maintained.
• Develop status updates and executive summaries for leadership; facilitate communication among teams and partners.
• Support planning, events, and meetings to advance strategic priorities.
