Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a Director of Operations to oversee financial, operational, safety, and service performance across multiple locations. You will lead management teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure consistent execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, traveling as needed, and a strong background in P&L management and service excellence. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing P&Ls.
• Willingness to travel to different locations daily/weekly as needed.
• Parking, transportation, hospitality, or related service-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial, operational, safety, and service success of assigned locations and service lines within the market.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of operational management teams.
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and drive client and customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of safety, service, and operational performance aligned with client expectations.
• Ensure consistency and operational excellence across multiple service lines and locations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
