Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives or strategic initiatives.
• Experience coordinating deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Healthcare, parking, mobility, real estate, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and able to exercise sound judgment.
• Professional presence with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive mindset and ability to drive solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technology, innovation, and industry trends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the President of Growth & Strategic Initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, milestones, and timelines.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure timely completion of priorities.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and partners.
• Develop business cases, conduct research, and analyze data for growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and support strategic decision-making with reporting.
