Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a PMO or multi-department setting.
• Experience leading software or system implementations with outside vendors.
• Experience with business integrations or operational transitions across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build short- and long-term project plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Track progress and maintain timelines and quality.
• Adjust schedules, scope, and targets as business needs change.
• Coordinate go-live readiness, including UAT, data validation, training, and handoffs.
• Close out projects with ownership transfer and lessons learned.
• Lead cross-department teams and manage vendor/partner relationships.
