Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives in Connecticut to partner with the President of Growth & Strategic Initiatives. You will provide executive support, drive strategic projects, and coordinate cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves planning initiatives, preparing reports, and ensuring milestones are met while maintaining confidentiality and professional presence with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in related field.
• Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives or strategic initiatives.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the President of Growth & Strategic Initiatives, including calendar, travel, and communications management.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Prepare status updates, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, leadership sessions, and strategic planning events; take minutes and track action items.
• Maintain organized records and project documentation; assist with analytics and reporting for decision-making.
