Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team as the first contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, scheduling meetings, and CRM tasks.

You will work with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support expansion efforts and recruitment processes across the United States. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and outreach: conduct calls, generate growth opportunities, reach out to candidates, articulate SERHANT.’s value and handle objections.
• Scheduling and coordination: arrange recruitment pitches, coordinate with Growth leaders, manage follow-ups.
• Administrative and CRM management: be the first contact for recruitment leads, update CRM records, assist growth tasks.
• Collaboration and strategy: work with Growth Managers and Team Leaders to refine prospecting strategies and maintain candidate engagement.
