SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team. The role focuses on recruiting top-tier real estate professionals, initiating outreach, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.

You will collaborate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support expansion efforts. This position is remote eligible for candidates based in Pennsylvania, with possible occasional office or offsite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.'s value proposition and handle objections to create opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Growth Managers and coordinate meetings with leadership.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM and assist in coordinating tasks.
