Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team, serving as the first contact for prospective agents and driving outreach and onboarding in the United States.

You will schedule recruitment meetings, handle administrative tasks, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to refine prospecting strategies and engagement. This hybrid role supports growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• A passion for growth, networking, and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all recruitment leads and maintain CRM records.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies and follow-up communications.
