• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
• Manage and develop multiple analysts and mentor associates to retain talent.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level data modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and inform new go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling drivers and testing hypotheses with rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Oversee delivery of the product strategy across multiple projects and programs.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong analytics-driven decision making with conceptual and quantitative rigor.
• Foster innovation and build high-performing teams while delivering results.
