Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in response to consumer and regulatory shifts.
• Lead and mentor analysts to develop talent and retain top performers.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling and analytics.
