Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor analysts; develop and retain talent.
• Create and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling.

• Build risk models and test hypotheses to monitor credit performance.
