Capital One Shopping is seeking a Business Director to join our team to drive AI-enabled product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners, and to lead cross-functional execution. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, analytics, and innovation in a remote-eligible setting.

You will guide pricing strategies, data-driven product decisions, and collaboration across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance, with a strong emphasis on analytics and results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of people management.
• At least 2 years of project management.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership: develop growth, profitability and competitive strategies.
• Leadership: manage and develop analysts; mentor associates.
• Product: develop pricing strategies; lead product data modeling.
• Marketing: direct-to-consumer marketing and go-to-market insights.
• Credit Risk: improve credit performance with risk models and analysis.
• Execution: manage delivery of business intent; oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive improvements.
• Analytic orientation: strong quantitative decision making and problem solving.
• Executive communication: clear, influential communication to drive agreement.
• Results orientation: focus on achieving short and long-term goals.
• Experience: thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; consulting a plus.
