Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage global/national accounts, driving strategic plans and value-led solutions across complex, multi-location customers.

You will lead story-driven deals with senior stakeholders, coordinate RFQs and contracts, and collaborate with internal resources to maximize margins while achieving quotas. This role emphasizes relationship-building at the executive level and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in strategic sales with a degree.
• Experience selling IT services and translating tech into outcomes.
• Proven success with senior stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Strong performance in senior/strategic sales roles.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience recruiting, influencing, and growing major accounts.

Responsibilities

• SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers; develop strategic plans.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, and contract negotiations within Arrow guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet account objectives and milestones.
