Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced workforce forecasting leader for Specialty Operations. This full-time, remote role manages a team responsible for forecasting, staffing requirements, and analytic deliverables across call center and back-office functions in the USA.

You will oversee capacity plans, monitor KPIs, coordinate peak staffing, and collaborate with Operations and Finance to support budgets and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years forecasting experience in large contact centers or Pharmacy operations.
• Experience with call center and back-office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Avaya CMS or Verint helpful.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy of forecasts across lines of business.
• Coordinate peak-season staffing and new hire classes.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance across cross-functional teams.
