Interface, a global flooring and sustainability leader, seeks an Account Executive to drive sales for carpet tiles, LVT, and rubber flooring across corporate, education, healthcare, and other sectors within the Atlanta metro region. You will develop relationships with A&D firms, end users, and dealers, learn Interface pricing, and grow annuity accounts to deliver year-over-year sales growth.

This role is based in the Atlanta area with field responsibilities, some travel, and coordination with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial sales within construction or interiors space desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, including virtual presenting.
• Ability to plan and prioritize independent work schedule.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Desire to work within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Interface business across all key market segments and product lines.
• Develop relationships with A&D firms and end users to drive specifications.
• Learn Interface sales process for key market segments.
• Learn Interface product offerings and pricing strategy.
• Build designer and user advocacy for the product portfolio.
• Identify and close cross-selling opportunities with regional teams.
