Interface is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of Interface carpet tiles, resilient flooring and related brands across key market segments including corporate, education, multi-family, healthcare, and government. You will develop and grow annuity accounts, build relationships with A&D firms and end users, and work with regional teams to close opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Prefer at least three years of sales experience, or equivalent industry experience (commercial sales within interiors space desired).
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Desire to work within a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, including virtual presenting.
• Ability to plan and prioritize independent work schedule.

Aufgaben

• Grow Interface business across all key market segments and product lines.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships to drive specifications with end users and A&D firms.
• Learn the Interface sales process for the key market segments.
• Learn Interface product offerings and value propositions.
• Learn pricing strategy and leverage it in negotiations.
• Build designer and user advocacy for Interface products within key segments.
• Identify and close cross-selling opportunities with regional teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to closing the sale.
• Develop project opportunities using A&D, end users and dealer contacts.
• Utilize Sales support resources to maximize activity and efficiency.
• Grow the number of specifications year over year within key segments.
• Maintain a strong dealer environment within territory.
• Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts; manage expenses; use Salesforce CRM.
