Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking an Executive Strategy Partner to support the President and SLT with executive coordination, strategic execution, and high-level communications. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in executive support, operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Executive Partnership & Leadership Support: support President and SLT, anticipate needs, manage calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare leaders for meetings with agendas and briefing materials; track action items.
• Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, planning sessions, and off-sites; manage dashboards and status updates.
• Strategic Planning & Operational Coordination: support quarterly/annual planning, track milestones and dependencies.
• Executive Communications & Deliverables: develop presentations and communications; ensure quality and consistency.
• Technology & Process Improvement: leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
