Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a senior solution sales professional to orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagements across utilities, IT, and industrial sectors. You will drive consultative discovery and map customer drivers to Honeywell’s metering, data management, and analytics offerings.

You will report to the Director of Sales and operate remotely from the Eastern USA, owning end-to-end account plans and driving adoption through long buying cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales in B2B technical industries with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Cross-functional collaboration to design and deliver integrated solutions.
• Experience in consultative/solution selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC).
• Build executive-level relationships while engaging technical users and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage multiple stakeholders to build consensus and align solutions.
• Translate customer challenges into tailored solution proposals.
• Position Honeywell’s solutions as part of a larger ecosystem delivering measurable outcomes.
• Manage complex buying cycles with RFPs, pilots, and long-term contracts.
• Develop account and territory plans focused on solving customer problems.
