Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the data and analytics strategy. You will define the multi-year roadmap, drive governance, and partner with MSPs to scale the data platform while building internal capability for future AI initiatives.

The role requires 12+ years in data leadership within life sciences, strong executive communication, and the ability to influence across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Enterprise Data/Analytics/Bi/Data Engineering in life sciences or pharma.
• Experience leading enterprise data platform implementations using cloud tech.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities via internal teams, MSPs, and partners.
• Strong executive influence, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, roadmap, and investments for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Lead centralized data platforms, governance, and analytics with business ownership as maturity allows.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for trusted data, reporting, and analytics to improve outcomes.
• Oversee data platform architecture for scalable, secure, governed capabilities across reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
• Establish governance and information management practices balancing agility and asset protection.
• Build the function via MSP-first operating model and evolve internal capabilities over time.
• Coordinate with AI strategy to ensure data foundations support ML and automation.
• Provide executive oversight of portfolio, budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise architecture.
