Threespot is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to drive digital strategy, brand, and web development for nonprofit clients. You will lead projects from scoping to delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, UX, and engineering.

You will nurture client partnerships, expand opportunities, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope, while communicating risks and solutions effectively.

Formación

• 6+ years in digital project management or producer/account director roles.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and leads efforts to scope and win additional work.
• Cultivates durable client relationships and navigates challenging conversations.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for diverse website development projects.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects across several accounts and keeps tasks up to date.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals.
• Leads cross-functional teams and communicates effectively with clients and internal teams.
