Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Customer Success Team Manager to guide and motivate a team of Customer Success Representatives for our latest client. You will monitor performance, coach for skills growth, and drive strategies to improve customer outcomes.

Location: US - Remote. Responsibilities include coaching, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to ensure client success and adherence to risk/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within a SaaS, financial software, or subscription-based business model, including managing a dedicated book of business in the mid-market space.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment; SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive your team to meet and exceed metrics and client expectations through pipeline management.
• Coach and develop representatives to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with other CSMs to share best practices and solve problems.
