Job summary

Persistent Systems LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture strategic customer relationships after sale, ensuring adoption and retention across Wave Relay products and services. Remote position with travel across the US and internationally to client sites and events.

You will communicate customer needs to engineering, coordinate with Sales and PMO, and drive renewals, expansions, and overall customer success metrics. A strong background in tech and CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships by interpreting client requirements.
• Travel to customer locations in the US and abroad for meetings.
• Provide post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction; drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, PMO, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to engineering.
• Track interactions and outcomes in Persistent platforms.
