Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Remote Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team. You will nurture client relationships, guide adoption of our SaaS products, and drive retention through strategic planning and proactive health checks.

Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, delivering tailored success plans, and collaborating with sales, product, and support to expand value. A strong comms skillset and 3+ years in customer-facing roles are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, driving value and adoption.
• Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and best practices.
• Monitor client health metrics and address churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support to advocate for client needs.
