Owner is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own the lifecycle for roughly 100 leading restaurant brands on our platform. You will serve as a trusted consultant, translating performance data into concrete recommendations for online ordering, marketing, SEO, and guest engagement.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, comfort with a fast-paced startup environment, and strong relationship skills across locations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.

Mansioni

• Own a portfolio of ~100 brands from onboarding through renewal.
• Translate platform data into actionable recommendations on online ordering, marketing, SEO, and guest engagement.
• Lead kickoff calls, performance reviews, and proactive check-ins grounded in data.
