Job summary

You will manage QBRs and executive reviews for enterprise accounts, crafting top-tier slide decks for quarterly reviews, renewal business cases, and value realization exhibits.

You should have 4+ years in enterprise CS, a proven track record of executive reviews, and expert PowerPoint skills with precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (QBRs, renewal business cases, adoption and value exhibits).
• Lead enterprise customer success activities including executive sponsor updates and success plan presentations.
• Collaborate with AI lab to train language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
