Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the launch of a Strategic Partnerships Office Hub website and manage end-to-end digital production workflows. You will coordinate leadership, creatives, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

You will gather stakeholder feedback, document revisions, and oversee QA from staging to launch in a remote-first environment across multiple markets. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including leadership, creatives, and external partners.
• Experience managing digital production projects, website development, content workflows, or similar initiatives.
• Familiarity with content management systems; experience using Wagtail CMS is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and launch of the internal Strategic Partnerships Office Hub website.
• Manage website content through submission to publication in Wagtail CMS.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions are documented and actioned.
• Coordinate drafts, design iterations, and approvals with leadership and creatives.
• Review staging sites, test against requirements, and track QA issues and bugs.
• Liaise with external agency partners to manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead weekly agency status meetings and design reviews with clear follow-ups.
• Develop hyperlocal community one-pagers for Community Development Managers.
• Oversee copywriting and design workflows from drafts to final deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve obstacles, and balance priorities across workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication among leadership, creative teams, and external vendors.
