Job summary

Codeword is a remote-first agency that partners with global brands to launch startups, run multichannel campaigns, and lead PR and marketing initiatives. The Strategic Communications & Web Project Manager helps coordinate across leadership, creative teams, and external partners to deliver digital production projects.

You’ll oversee two core workstreams: the Hub website and hyperlocal community one-pagers, ensuring campaigns and updates launch smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing complex projects and competing priorities.
• A proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving.
• A strong communicator who can confidently coordinate across leadership, creative teams, Community Development Managers, and external partners.
• Comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding vendors accountable to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for developing and launching the client's internal Hub website.
• Review and manage all content that is provided to live on Hub.
• Use Wagtail CMS to upload content into the CMS.
• Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback during both design and development phases.
• Coordinate with leadership, copywriters and designers on drafts and revisions.
• Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation via internal tickets.
• Serve as liaison for the agency vendor team, managing output and weekly status updates.
