Jobgether, a partner organization, seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and financial inclusion from the US. You will cultivate relationships with donors, advisors, and partners to grow engagement and funding while collaborating across fundraising, finance, and marketing teams.

You will develop persuasive proposals, reports, and communications using data and impact stories to inspire ongoing support, with a remote US work setup.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations.
• Ability to craft donor engagement strategies and secure commitments.
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing for proposals and reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• CRM and data proficiency, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with donors and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinking and initiative toward fundraising growth.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and equity.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships and engagement strategies for a portfolio of donors.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with funds and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience via improved digital journeys and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings, conferences, and advisor conversations.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to generate prospects.
• Coordinate gift documentation and tracking with finance and partnerships teams.
• Support impact materials with data, borrower stories, and program info.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress toward goals.
• Lead donor communications and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Evaluate campaigns and events to strengthen outreach and calls to action.
