Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Strategic Communications & Web Project Manager (Contract) for an immediate start, remote-first in the United States. You will oversee digital production and strategic communications across two workstreams: an internal Partnerships Office Hub and hyperlocal community one-pagers for external audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and launch of the internal Strategic Partnerships Office Hub website.
• Manage website content from submission through publication using the Wagtail CMS.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions are documented and actioned.
• Coordinate with leadership, copywriters, designers, and internal stakeholders on drafts and approvals.
• Review staging sites, test deliverables, and track QA issues.
• Liaise with external agency partners to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead weekly agency status meetings and design reviews.
• Develop hyperlocal community one-pagers for Community Development Managers.
• Coordinate copywriting and design workflows for community one-pagers.
• Identify risks and balance priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication among leadership, teams, and external vendors.
