Codeword is a remote-first agency seeking a Strategic Partnerships Office Hub Website & Community One-Pagers Manager. You will lead day-to-day digital production across two core workstreams: the Hub website and hyperlocal community one-pagers, bridging Brand & Creative teams and external partners.

You’ll coordinate with leadership, copywriters, and designers, manage agency vendors, and ensure campaigns and updates launch smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing complex projects and competing priorities
• A proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving
• A strong communicator who can confidently coordinate across leadership, creative teams, Community Development Managers, and external partners
• Comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding vendors accountable to timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Responsabilités

• Lead project management for developing and launching our client’s internal Hub website
• Review and manage all content that is provided to live on Hub
• Use Wagtail CMS tool to upload content into the CMS
• Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback (during both design and development phases).
• Coordinate with leadership, copywriters and designers on drafts and revisions.
• Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation through internal ticketing system.
• Agency management—serve as liaison for the agency vendor team, managing output and meeting weekly on status updates.
• Lead project management for developing hyperlocal community one-pagers for data center markets with external audiences.
• Coordinate with a copywriter and designer on drafts and revisions.
• Collect and consolidate marketing stakeholder feedback (during both design and development phases).
