Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Project Lead to drive end-to-end marketing strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful results for multiple brands. The role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

You will own KPIs, budgets, and roadmaps, guiding client discussions and ensuring timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing management or client services roles.
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies with KPIs and roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in fast-paced environments.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking skills.
• Experience in high-risk or complex industries with business acumen.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder influence.
• Highly organized with proactive ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-assisted marketing tools.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned clients.
• Lead strategic discussions with client brands and provide data-driven recommendations.
